Stout – Imperial / Double Pastry
Tonka beans became one of our favourite ingredients thanks to its unique fragant character. In this blend of 2- and 3-year barrel aged stouts we wanted to add a lot to it, so we also used freshly baked coconut, to make everything as smooth as possible despite the intensity.
