Are there any shipping charges?

We charge shipping costs once, regardless of the size of your order. This way we can keep the prices competitive.
If we cannot ship your order in 1 box due to quantity or weight, the additional shipping costs will be at our expense.

VAT is always charged on your order. The prices showed on the website include Dutch VAT (21%).
During checkout, the VAT rate that is valid in your country is calculated. This is calculated once you have completed in the invoice details on the checkout page.

We ship all our packages with PostNL. For international shipments, PostNL transfers the package to a abroad shipping partner.
This foreign courier is selected by PostNL. We have no influence on which shipping partner PostNL selects.

Sure! As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the Track&Trace from us. Here you can track your package and find the expected delivery date.

The Track&Trace from PostNL is only for shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium. As soon as the package leaves the Netherlands, the package is transferred to a foreign shipping partner. From this moment on, you will no longer see updates on the Track&Trace from PostNL, but on the Track&Trace of the foreign carrier.

In the Track&Trace from PostNL you can find a button that redirects you to the foreign Track&Trace.
Did you not receive a Track&Trace? Contact us and we will send it again.

Our focus is on packaging the beers well and carefully. This way we can prevent nearly all damage.

Unfortunately, it can happen that a beer breaks during shipping. When we see that your package has been damaged during transport, we will contact you. We will return the package (if possible) and send you a new package.

Was your order delivered with damage? Contact us. Take photos of the damage, the shipping box and the shipping label and email them to info@debierliefhebber.nl

Your package may be returned. This can have several reasons.

You did not collect the package on time from a collection point
If the package is at a collection point, the package must be collected within a certain time.
If you do not do this in time, the package will be returned.
As soon as we have received the package back, we will contact you.
We can resend the package for you, we will then charge the shipping costs again.

Your package has sustained damage
If your package has suffered significant damage, the package will be returned.
As soon as we have received the returned package, we will send you a new package.

You were not at home at the time of delivery
In this case, the package will be sent to a collection point or a new delivery attempt will be scheduled.
If you were not present during the second delivery attempt, the package will be returned.
We will contact you as soon as we receive the package back.
We can resend the package for you, for which we will charge the shipping costs again.

Sure! During checkout you can choose ‘pick up’ instead of shipping. No shipping costs will be charged.

Let us know when you would like to collect your order and we will ensure that your order is ready for you.

Since April 2023, a deposit has been charged on the cans. The deposit is included in the price you see on the website.
You can return the deposit cans at a collection point near you.

Yes, all beers on the website are available. If a beer is sold out, this will be indicated on the product page.

We do our best to keep stock as current as possible. If a beer from your order is not available, we will contact you before your order is shipped.

When you create an account on our website, you automatically save points with every order.
You can then exchange these saved points for a discount on your next order.

Your current points balance can be found in my account.
