Polly’s x Rivington – Fruits of the Forest Smoothie Sour

This is a beer in honor of Polly’s 8th anniversary
Taking inspiration from a fruits of the forest gateau, we’ve loaded this sour with no less than three quarters of a tonne of fruit, fresh hand-scraped Madagascan vanilla, and cacao nibs. We’re absolutely over the moon with the resulting beer – a thick, pulpy, fruit-forward smoothie sour, with just the right level of acidity balanced out with a decadent sweetness.
