IPA – Imperial / Double New England / Hazy
We used a hint of science during the whirpool with a charge of YCH 702 & Dynaboost Mosaic to start with what we are excepting from a DIPA, tropics, mango and guava. Then to give some more complexity, we massively dry hopped with Waimea and Nectaron to bring bright citrus, pomelo, stone & tropical fruits, peachy and apricoty like notes
