Stout – Imperial / Double Pastry
This beer is a blend of an Imperial Stout aged for 30 months in French whisky barrels with a younger Imperial Pastry Stout aged in bourbon barrels. After blending, a comforting and indulgent twist was added with a cocoa and tonka bean finish!
