The advent calendar is now available for pre-order and will be shipped in early November, so you receive it well in time for December 1st. You will receive a message from us as soon as the advent calendar is on its way!

Which beers are in the advent calendar? We’re keeping that a secret for now. Every day is a new surprise. One thing is certain: you will discover 24 carefully selected quality beers, just as you have come to expect from De Bierliefhebber.
Can I also pick up the advent calendar?
Certainly! When ordering the advent calendar, you can choose to pick it up instead of having it shipped. No shipping costs will be charged in that case. You will receive a message from us as soon as the advent calendar is ready for you.
Can I give the advent calendar as a gift?
Of course, the advent calendar is perfect for giving as a gift! When ordering, enter the desired shipping address so that we know who the advent calendar should be sent to.
Please note that the track & trace information will be sent to your email address. Therefore, please inform the recipient that a package is on its way so that the surprise isn’t missed and the advent calendar is received safely.
Are shipping costs charged?
Yes, shipping costs are charged for the advent calendar. The exact shipping costs are calculated automatically as soon as you enter your address during checkout.
Do you want to save on shipping costs? You can also choose to pick up the advent calendar. In that case, you will not pay any shipping costs.
Will I get a track & trace for the advent calendar?
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace code. This allows you to track your order and see when it will be delivered.
When does the advent calendar start?
The advent calendar starts on December 1st, and on December 24th we open the last box. This way, we count down to Christmas together throughout the entire month of December with a new and surprising beer every day!
Why can I only order 1 advent calendar?
To give as many beer lovers as possible the chance to get their hands on an advent calendar, you can order one advent calendar per order by default.
Would you like to order multiple advent calendars, for example to give as a gift? Then please contact our customer service. We would be happy to look into the possibilities with you.
Why can't I add the advent calendar to my shopping cart?
Because the advent calendar is a pre-order, you cannot combine it with other products in a single order. Is there already something else in your shopping cart? Then you cannot add the advent calendar.
First empty your shopping cart and then add the advent calendar again.
I am getting an error message when ordering the advent calendar.
This can have two different causes:
1. You already have an advent calendar in your shopping cart
You can add one advent calendar per order. Check if there is one advent calendar in your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. Do you want to order another advent calendar? Then place a new order.
2. You have other products in your shopping cart
The advent calendar is a pre-order and will be shipped at a later date. Therefore, you cannot combine it with other products in a single order. Empty your shopping cart and then add only the advent calendar.
If neither of these situations applies and you are still receiving an error message, please contact our customer service. We are happy to help you!
