Stout – Imperial / Double
We took imperial stout aged over two years in Barton 1792, Elijah Craig 8 Yr, and Wild Turkey Rare Breed Rye barrels and blended it with “new” un-aged beer to balance the liquid. Then, we conditioned the stout on Cacao Nibs, Dates, and hand-roasted Macadamia Nuts.
