A higher than usual amount of oats in the grist brings a delightful fluffiness to the mouthfeel of this beer, backed up with freshly scraped madagascan vanilla and a dose of lactose to bring up the sweetness to juuuust the right amount, before a dry-hop bill of in-house favourites El Dorado and Talus
