We worked on the malt bill of this Double NEIPA DDH as a marriage of barley, oats and wheat capable of creating a smooth and indulgent body, on the basis of which the hops can express themselves as if by magic: the Nelson Sauvin releases its white grape thiols, on which the exoticism of Mosaic and Sabro combines wonderfully!
