BIL Life? Pastry Life? Sometimes it’s hard to choose, so we mashed the two lifestyles up and chose them for you. We took a barleywine that we had been aging in bourbon barrels, and then blended it with our base pastry stout. After blending, we further conditioned it on macadamia nut, marshmallow, and graham cracker.
