The NZ Cascade demonstrates how terroir can really impact a hop variety, with notes of red berry and orchard fruit shining through, unlike the resinous character of its US counterpart. This is complemented with Nectaron’s pineapple and nectarine flavours, while Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka bring white grape and passion fruit to the mix. The hops used in this DDH IPA were harvested in March and in your glass by May, a true celebration of freshness and flavour.
